We provide a comprehensive development service for all tenures, structured by Housing Corporation sub regions to provide homes for affordable and intermediate rent, Key Workers, Homebuy and open market sale.

Residential Sales

We offer a range of home ownership and after sales services to existing leaseholders and MHP residents who may be eligible to own their home.

Equity Loan Team

The Equity Loan Team process all Open Market HomeBuy and First Time Buyers Initiative (FTBI) sales.

Data Services

Data Services provide a range of data collection, reporting and referral services for MHO, our partner housing providers and stakeholders in Government, local government and at key worker eomplyers such as the NHS.

Relationship Management

As HomeBuy Agent in East, North and West London, we work to develop strong links with Local Authorities, Registered Social Landlords and other housing providers to improve our service and help allocate more affordable homes.
