The Equity Loans Team process all sales for customers who are purchasing a property with the assistance of an Equity Loan. This includes MyChoice HomeBuy, First Time Buyers’ Initiative and HomeBuy Direct.

Marketing

We are responsible for MHO marketing and communications to all our customers, internal and external, across a range of media and disciplines, from print to bulk email, from market research to public relations.

London Development Services

We provide a comprehensive development service for all tenures, structured by Housing Corporation sub regions to provide homes for affordable and intermediate rent, Key Workers, Homebuy and open market sale.

Residential Sales

We offer a range of home ownership services to MHP residents who may be eligible to own their home. MHO leaseholders and shared equity customers should also refer to the After Sales & Assett Management information on this website.

Relationship Management

As HomeBuy Agent in East, North and West London, we work to develop strong links with Local Authorities, Registered Social Landlords and other housing providers to improve our service and help allocate more affordable homes.

Data Services

Data Services provide a range of data collection, reporting and referral services for MHO, our partner housing providers and stakeholders in Government, local government and at key worker employers such as the NHS.

After Sales & Asset Management

The after sales & asset management team provide a service to home buyers who have bought a shared equity home either through MHO or nationally, through the First Time Buyer's Initiative, London Wide Initiative and HomeBuy Direct. We also provide services to MHO and Granta leaseholders.
