The after sales & asset management team provide a service to home buyers who have bought a shared equity home either through MHO or nationally, through the First Time Buyer's Initiative, London Wide Initiative and HomeBuy Direct. We also provide services to MHO and Granta leaseholders.

The after sales and asset management team provide an after sales service to MHO and Granta Leaseholders and shared equity home owners.

To MHO & Granta leaseholders, we provide the following services:

  • Staircasing (buying a larger share in your home)
  • Re-mortgaging
  • Solicitors enquiries
  • Lease Extensions
  • Purchase of Freehold

To shared equity customers who own a home bought either with MHO or nationally through First Time Buyers' Initiative, the London Wide Initiative and HomeBuy Direct we provide the following services:

  • Remortgaging
  • Staircasing
  • Further advances
  • Approving home improvements
  • Lease extensions
  • Transfer of ownership
  • And other service where we, as second charge on your title deeds, must become involved.
