Applications & Enquiries
The Applications and Enquiries team is the first point of contact for all our customers.
The A&E team deals with all initial enquiries, online and paper-based applications and assesses initial customer eligibility - all applications to the team are elgibility checked to current government and Housing Corporation guidelines and we try to offer alternives and advice where we are unable to help directly.
Applications and Enquiries also work with our Data Services and Client Relationship Management teams to assist with referral requests by partner Housing Associations and other developers of affordable homes in London who have signed a Service Level Agreement with Housing Options and wish to obtain a list of eligible new homebuyers from our sytems.
