The Applications & Enquiries Team is the first point of contact for our customers.
The team is available to answer all your questions about eligibility and inform you of the various housing options available to you. Where we can’t help you directly, we will try to offer you advice about possible alternatives.
We assess applications in line with current government guidelines and advise you of the outcome and what steps to take next in your search for a home.
To help you find a home we work with partner Housing Associations and developers who use the Housing Options services. To save you filling in multiple forms we forward your application details to them whenever they may have a property for you.
