The New Homes Team also:
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hand-over of new homes from development, to marketing, to lettings & sales and to the customer.
- Lead MHP project teams to plan, design and prepare new homes and estates that offer good rent and service charge affordability, ease of management and a long term attractive environment to live in.
- Ensuring learning is gathered and reported upon to improve the quality and delivery of new homes and schemes.
- Enhance the MHP business offer and reputation through the effective and efficient delivery of new homes.
