We offer a range of home ownership services to MHP residents who may be eligible to own their home. MHO leaseholders and shared equity customers should also refer to the After Sales & Assett Management information on this website.

Residential Sales and the Quality team consist of Residential Sales, the Tenant Purchase Incentives Team and the New Homes Team.

Repair reporting, Income collection, cleaning and grounds maintenance, neighbour disputes and other issues involving the management of your estate or block are now dealt with by Metropolitan Housing Trust.

  • Voluntary Sales Scheme
  • Social HomeBuy
  • Mortgage Rescue

Your first point of contact about any of the above is the Residential Sales Team.  We will be pleased to help you with your enquiries and you can contact us on 020 8920 7777 from 9 am to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday. You can also find out more about some of the options by clicking on Your Options.

 

The New Homes Team delivers all new homes from development stage through to long term management.  We provide a range of services to customers and housing management on new schemes to customers for the first 3-6 months from moving in.
