Residential Sales and the Quality team consist of Residential Sales, the Tenant Purchase Incentives Team and the New Homes Team.
Repair reporting, Income collection, cleaning and grounds maintenance, neighbour disputes and other issues involving the management of your estate or block are now dealt with by Metropolitan Housing Trust (North and South Thames).

The New Homes Team delivers all new homes from development stage through to long term management. We provide a range of services to customers and housing management on new schemes to customers for the first 3-6 months from moving in.
