The latest MHO website poll asked whether price or location of a property is most important when buying a home. The poll logged 531 respondents and 63% of those selected location as more important than price when buying a home. Although location is evidently important, 37% of respondents also felt price was a major factor when buying their first home. This suggests that it is in fact a combination of both affordability and suitable location that sells homes.
