Love London. Live LondonThousands of first time buyers, priced out of London’s housing market, could find a home of their own at The Housing Options Affordable New Home Show on Friday 24th October 2008 at the New Connaught Rooms, 61 – 65 Great Queen Street, Holborn from 12 noon – 8.00 pm.
Londoners and those wanting to live or work in London will be able to find out about affordable homes in their chosen area. Financial advisors and Solicitors will also be on hand to provide the professional advice needed to get onto the property ladder. New Build HomeBuy presentations will be held throughout the day, on an hourly basis, for those who would like to find out more about the process of buying a home on a part-buy, part-rent basis.
In recent years, affordable home ownership has been targeted at key workers such as teachers, nurses and emergency services staff but this is an event open to anyone, earning between £17,600 and £60,000 annually, looking to buy a home they can afford in the capital.
