New Build Sustainability
MHO homes are all built to strict UK building regulations and achieve codes for sustainable homes. This means eco-friendly credits are awarded in areas of performance relating to the construction of the building and the environmental impact to the construction of the building and the environmental impact of living in these homes. We are assessed on materials used, waste management systems, use of energy to run your home, use of land, the impact on current wildlife and the impact on health and well being of residents.
