We offer a range of housing options to help first time buyers. We assist social tenants, serving Ministry of Defence personnel, those considered a housing priority by their local council and other first-time buyers. If you are priced out of a suitable home in your local housing market (with an income of up to £60,000 a year) you are potentially eligible for these products.
Options to Buy
This is your chance to buy a share in a brand new or refurbished home from MHO. You pay a mortgage on the part you own and a subsidised rent on the part you don’t own. You can buy more shares until you own your home outright or you can choose to stay as you are.

Garage lettings
MHO owns garages throughout London on private streets and in housing estates. We rent these to tenants, leaseholders and private individuals. The garages can also be used for storage purposes.
