This plan is ambitious and seeks to incorporate the aspirations of the Board and the priorities of our customers, both today and into the future. Our customers and our dedicated people inform all of our activities which are underpinned by our core values.
In summary, this plan sets out our key strategic aims, objectives and specific priorities over the next five years, and contains broad expenditure plans for the same period. It is complemented by our detailed service delivery plans and is further supported by other key documents, all of which set out specifically what we will do to deliver innovative, value for money services that consistently meet/exceed our customers’ expectations.
As a socially minded organisation, sustainability is inherently at the heart of all that we do. From developing and maintaining homes to supporting and caring for our customers, the challenge is to find better ways of working that are more efficient, deliver a better service to our customers and minimise our impact on the environment.
