We have helped to house over 60,000 households directly or in partnership with the client businesses we serve.
Our customers include low and moderate earning households and key workers such as teachers, nurses, police and fire-fighters. This helps us to ensure the communities we work in attract and retain the working households required to maintain a healthy and prosperous economy and social life.
We work in partnership with the MHP National Residents’ Group and we have our own online customer panel. We think this has helped us to gain high satisfaction ratings from customers and business stakeholders (95 per cent of housing association clients and 92 per cent of customers are satisfied or very satisfied with what we do).
