MHO has been shortlisted in the Affordable Home Ownership Awards
Our After Sales and Asset Management team has been shortlisted for the Excellence in Customer Service category which is sponsored by The Guinness Partnership as part of the Affordable Home Ownership Awards.
The awards recognise excellence within the sector and champion housing organisations who build lasting and sustainable homes across the country.
Our After Sales and Asset Management team deliver a range of services to customers who have bought a home from MHO, or through equity loan products such as MyChoiceHomeBuy and HomeBuy Direct. The team look after a portfolio of approximately 34,000 homes, delivering sector leading performance call handling and arrears management.
