www.mho.co.uk and all subsidiary web pages and sites within the Partnership are owned by Metropolitan Home Ownership (MHO). As a user, you will be able to access material on all public areas of the Site. MHT does not make any charge for you to access the Site. However, you should be aware that your Internet Service Provider and/or telephone operator may charge you for time spent accessing the Site in the same way that you are charged for making telephone calls. You should contact your operator if you require details of these charges.

There is no specific time limit applying to your access and use of the Site under these Terms. However, MHO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access and use of the Site at any time. It may exercise this right with or without notice.

Information displayed on the site may change without prior notice. MHO can not be held responsible if you act upon information which has changed since viewed and since proved to be inaccurate. Though we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of information on the Web site, The MHT would suggest you confirm details of any information before acting upon them.

Metropolitan Home Ownership reserves the right to gather information relating to site usage. Any information gathered is primarily for internal use to allow us to refine and improve our customer service. We do not in the main part gather specific information from individuals. Where we will do so we will state clearly that this is the case, and we will make sure this is held securely and in compliance with all relevant legislation.

Where disclosure of information to a third party is likely we will, where possible, endeavour to ensure that this is clearly indicated.

Metropolitan Home Ownership are NOT a 'public authority' as defined by schedule 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The Act - including the general right of access - does not apply to the Group.

In the interests of good business practice, public trust and being transparent to about our policies and procedures, the Organisation has decided to comply with the Terms of the Act as if it where a 'schedule 1 public authority'.

Part of the requirements of the Act is to produce a 'publication scheme' that gives access to individuals to information owned by the Group. Please click here to access the publication scheme. we are not at present making any charge for publications available on the site.
