Metropolitan’s home ownership service has been nominated for Best Marketing Campaign at the 2015 First Time Buyer Magazine Readers’ Awards.
The awards, which are judged by a combination of a panel of industry experts and readers’ votes, recognise achievement and excellence by housing associations and private developers in the provision of homes for first time buyers.
Metropolitan has been shortlisted for the award based on a submission focused on its Homematch service campaign.
Homematch helps potentially priced-out Londoners onto the property ladder by matching them to homes available from partner housing providers. Metropolitan’s award entry described the multi-layered, synergised campaign, which offered multiple, free-to-use channels across a range of media from mobile web, employer targeting, property exhibitions to traditional print media.
Colin McLennon, Head of Home Ownership Services at Metropolitan, said:
“I’m delighted with the nomination for this award, which recognises the excellent work that our Homematch and Marketing teams have delivered together to help people who are at risk of being priced out to find out about affordable home ownership. These awards are important to us because they give first time buyers, our customers, an opportunity to decide the outcome.”
The First Time Buyer Magazine Awards event is being held at London’s Landmark Hotel on the April 24. Voting commences on Monday, February 9.
